I too wish them well. Yesterday I went to the mall with my daughter. There was an older gentlman who had taken the time to press and wear his uniform. As he was about to walk past me I stepped in front of him, wrapped my arms around him and whispered 'thank you' in his ear. Much too my delight he did not have me arrested for battery, he just smiled as he walked away.

Let's see how long it takes for the Democrats to screw up....
I'd like to guess they'll screw up within two years, but that probably won't be the case. Let's say...before the end of this decade. Care to make a bet?
I don't think they'll be able to hold Congress as long as Republicans did since the Clinton days.

This seems like an inappopriate game to play on a thread devoted to our veterans. We lost the elections on Tuesday and need to be mature enough to deal with it.
But if we were to play such games, they could always point out that it took them 40 years to screw up and only took us 12. So, it may be best that we avoid this :)
